We ship Australia-wide. Prices in AUD.
Shipping
- Clothing, accessories & most gear: flat $9.95, or free on orders over $50 (excluding the T10 Smart Trainer).
- Bikes, e-bikes & the T10 Smart Trainer: flat $99 anywhere in Australia (bulky freight via Apex couriers).
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Bikes may take longer depending on freight to your area.
- We currently ship within Australia only.
Returns & Exchanges
- 7-Day Change of Mind
- Eligible standard products can be returned within 7 days.
- Wrong Size
- Standard apparel can be exchanged where available.
- Faulty or Damaged Products
- Covered by Australian Consumer Law and replaced/refunded as appropriate.
- Incorrect Order
- If BeeVelo sends the wrong product, we'll make it right at our cost.
- Custom & Personalised Products
- Made specifically for you and therefore not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Return Shipping
- Customer pays change-of-mind return shipping; BeeVelo covers return shipping where the issue is our error or a confirmed product fault.
- Refunds
- Refunds returned to the original payment method after the product has been assessed.
